Estimated Delivery Time: 2 - 6 business days after the Shipment.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for Canada and most of US.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at order@smartlivenow.com

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the order date OR when the “Shipped” status has been updated.
In any circumstances, we reserve the rights to charge You (the buyer) based on the orders which have been shipped.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours and send photos to return@smartlivenow.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Missing or Lost Packages:

In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:

Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)

Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to support@smartlivenow.com. So that we can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.

Return Policy:

At EFFYDESK, we believe the Electric Standing Desk is one of the greatest inventions and everyone should try one. We are so confident you will fall in love with it at first use, that we are offering 30 days free trial risk free! If you are not completely satisfied, we will work to resolve any questions or concerns you may have and if that doesn't work, you can return for a full refund!. To understand our refund and return policy please refer to the chart below.

Below is a break down of our return/refund policy.

Replacement parts	Shipment for replacement parts will be covered by EFFYDESK up to 30 days upon receiving the desk.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping and cost as well as the shipping cost for the new item if exchange is exercised. You can return in person or use your own courier. There will be NO restocking fee or any other hidden fees.
