If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for Canada and most of US.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the order date OR when the “Shipped” status has been updated.
In any circumstances, we reserve the rights to charge You (the buyer) based on the orders which have been shipped.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours and send photos to return@smartlivenow.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Missing or Lost Packages:
In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:
- Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
- Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)
Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to support@smartlivenow.com. So that we can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.
